Q. What areas do you service?
Ans: For private parties or events, Birthday Parties, Block Parties, Corporate Parties, Outdoor Festival Events, Parades, School and Church Events, Indoor Conventions, Grand Opening Events, Holiday Events, Sporting Events, we service most of Edmonton area and Calgary area. Call us to find out whether we can come to your place. Multi-day events including fairs and festivals have expanded service areas.
Q. What are the space and setup requirements to prepare for the arrival of the train?

Q. Is setup and take down part of my rental time?
Ans: No. Your items will be setup and taken down before and after your allocated rental or party times. Please allow at least 30 minutes set up time.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
Ans: Cancellation not due to weather or emergency will result in forfeiting the 50% deposit.

If it is an emergency, we will keep your credit for the next 12 months. Any other cancellations will forfeit deposit.

If for any unforeseen circumstance that we cannot come to your event due to mechanical breakdown or other unexpected issues, we will fully refund your money. (Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details).

Q. Can I just rent an item and pick it up?
Ans: No. In order for us to ensure your party is a success, we do not allow for pickups since our items are set up by trained operators. Delivery and setup are included with all of our rentals.
Q. Do I need to leave a tip for the operator?
Ans: Tipping your operator is not required. If you wish to leave a tip you may specify the tip amount on your final invoice. All gratuities go directly to your operator.
Q. What are the minimum requirements in using the Train?

Q. Do I need to sign a waiver for using your products at my event?
Ans: Yes, customer needs to sign a contract & waiver prior to the event.
Q. I'm a tax exempt non-profit, do I have to pay tax?
Ans: No. As long as you show us and give us a copy of your tax exempt certificate, there will be no tax.
Q. Is Locomotives a franchise?
Ans: No. Locomotives is locally and privately owned. If you are interested in franchising or licensing agreements, call us at (780) 913-8301.
Q. When can I call to make reservation?
Ans: Office hours: 10:00a.m. to 9:00p.m. daily except Sunday
Q. What is the availability of your products for rent?
Ans: Trains are available for rent from Monday to Saturday 10:00a.m. to 9:00p.m.and Sunday 11:00a.m. to 6:00p.m.
